Having to keep track of bills, especially when you are out of the country, can be a hassle. Our administration of payments is the ideal solution. With fraser & co you can look forward to visiting your property anytime and finding everything in proper working order. Our service includes settlement of accounts and invoices such as electricity and council bills and home insurance if applicable. Please bear in mind that an advance deposit is required for this service and that adequate funds must be available in your account. And rest assured you will always have official receipts for all bills we pay on your behalf.

Nothing beats arriving at your home and finding everything clean and fresh. We can provide our housekeeping and maid service, as often as you need it. You can choose the arrangement that best suits you:

This service is particularly appreciated by owners planning on letting their property. For your added benefit we have negotiated preferential prices with various local suppliers. In case of damage or wear and tear, any items can be easily replaced.
